Whipped Cream Biscuits

I’m not even sure where this whipped cream came from, but it had just a week to go.. Some random baking project.

Add flour and other things, and you can make some fast, delicious, HUGE biscuits for dinner. Top with anything, but make sure it includes butter!


  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (gruyere and swiss mix)
  • 1/4 cup caramelized onions

Mix together the dry ingredients, add in the cream, mix it together, and then knead in the cheese and onions until doughy. Cut in half and put in a well greased small pan. (I used a loaf pan). Cook in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes and slightly browned.
