A steak and egg sandwich with some mustard scrambled up in the eggs… The last of the steak from Christmas!
The mustard was an accident, but I am keeping this forever..
- 2 slices of steak
- 1 egg
- 1 big dollop of dijon mustard
- peppers and onions, sliced
- 1 bit of arugula
- 1 bun
- 1 big pinch of shredded cheese
Scramble up the egg with the mustard. Add cooked peppers and onions. Toast up the bun with the cheese. Add to the steak and egg mix. Then the arugula. Push it all down into the bun and cut on the diagonal.
