Apple Pies are so big.
Here is what we did with the leftovers..
Perfectly bite sized.
Plus, I brought some lavender sugar back from Normandy..
- leftover apple pie
- molasses cookies
- leftover whipped cream (it wasn’t sweetened, we made it for a pumpkin soup)
- lavender sugar (or whatever cool thing you have)
- fresh mint leaves
It is quite an easy dessert. We take Aunt Anne’s homemade molasses cookies, spoon some apple pie on top of each cookie, then a dollop of whipped creat and a sprinkle of lavender sugar. Top with mint leaves..
Then you can pick them up and eat them.
