Pickled Radishes

I have told you before, and now again, sliced radishes sitting in leftover pickle brine.

It turns pink!

Ingredients:

  • radishes, sliced
  • leftover pickle juice

Slice the radishes and put them in the leftover pickle juice. Let them sit in the fridge for a few weeks.

Then put them on your salad, or whatever.
