A tarragon hummus brought over by a friend, add hot sausage, and fry up into meatballs.
And I still have more hummus…
Ingredients:
- 2 hot sausage links
- 1/2 cup hummus
- oil
- sour cream
Mix it up and season well. Then fry up in some very hot oil to brown up for about 10 minutes, then into a 350 degree oven to finish cooking for another 10 minutes..
Dip into sour cream..
These are really good.
