This is a conference orange. You know, you get the catered lunch bag and no one eats the messy orange. So, it sits in your house for a few days.
I used leftover Beetroot Salad dressing and then grilled it up after my chicken.
God, I love Spring..
- 1 orange
- Beetroot Salad dressing
- dill weed
Cut the orange end off (and compost them). Then cut the orange into thick slices. I got 5 slices out of mine. Dip the slices into the dressing, sprinkle on dill weed, and then put on a hot grill, 5 minutes a side or so.
Eat with anything.. everything..
