- leftover ravioli
- Parmesan cheese, shredded
- soy sauce
In a fry pan, heat up the oil until it is shimmering and hot. Add the ravioli, one layer, and cover. Cook for 5-8 minutes, then flip. You want them to get a nice char but not burn. Once the oil is almost gone, drizzle a little soy sauce on top, flipping again, and then sprinkle with Parmesan. Fry up for another few minutes until the Parmesan melts and hardens. Flip one more time so the cheese gets fried also.
Then you can eat it and it will be better. I promise.
