Easter Egg Salad

Did you know Easter eggs should traditionally be dyed the color of red blood and cracked open on the thick side for good luck? Funny superstitions..

Ingredients:

  • 11 hard boiled, peeled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 rounded tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 33 green olives, cut into thirds
  • 3 sprinkles dill weed

I like to use my favorite kitchen utensil, the egg wire cutter- three times per egg – to make these little cute cubed egg pieces. Then mix everything together and eat with hot sauce or as a pretzel dip..
