Creative Dumplings

Dumplings are great for leftovers.. Ground turkey, apple, and rosemary. Butternut squash and sage. Potato, onion, and basil. Make your filling with whatever you have.

Wrap them up into shapes- triangle, nun, envelope, pocket fold, flower. Make up your own!

Makes 60 dumplings… and the stuffing you prepared will be more than you can handle- for leftovers of leftovers…


  • Wonton wrappers (package of 60)
  • Dumpling stuffing- baked and seasoned squash mashed up, boiled potatoes mashed up, ground turkey and shredded apple, etc.
  • Water for sealing dumplings
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, diced

Place one spoon of stuffing in middle of wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and seal up. Boil for two minutes. And then fry up in some oil until crispy good. Dipping sauces! Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and some pepper for dipping.

Try to eat them all in one sitting..
