Meg’s mom makes these amazing cornflake cookies that I tried out the other day. Hence, leftover cornflakes… A bit of seasoning and it makes a great breading for some chops.
- 1 cup of cornflakes
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup milk (we used almond milk)
- 3 porkchops
- seasonings and a splash of oil
Crush up the cornflakes and then add whatever seasoning you want to make them your own. Dunk the porkchops in the flour, then the milk, then the cornflakes. Coat the bottom of a pan with oil and set to medium-high heat. Add the porkchops and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with salt while hot, but let them cool before eating… yum.
