Corned Beef and Cabbage Pizza

Cracker crust pizza crust. Horseradish. Leftover corned beef and cabbage. And Dubliner cheese.

Irish inspired..


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and put a cast iron skillet upside down in the oven. Make and roll out the dough. Then pull out the skillet, put the dough on top of the bottom of the skillet. Spread the dough with horseradish, then top with corned beef, cabbage and carrots, and top with cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes and then eat it all up.

So good.
