Buffalo Blue Cheese Crackers

Being a Bills fan, football season makes us crave Frank’s and blue cheese…

I used the Cilantro Lemon Crackers recipe, and instead of oil, I put blue cheese dressing in. Add in some leftover rosemary from the mystery box, and cut them in strips.

They were a great texture, but they could use more blue cheese flavor, which can be fixed by just dipping them in blue cheese…


  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking salt
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing, plus more for dipping
  • olive oil drizzles

Combine everything and then pour in the dressing and mix until dough. Then roll it out as thin as you can, brush with olive oil, and cut into thin strips (or any shape you want). Cook in a 425 oven for 9 minutes.

Then dip in more blue cheese..
