- 1 nori sheet
- splash of rice wine vinegar
- about a half cup of leftover cooked rice (mine was basmati)
- sesame seeds
- a bit of leftover black beans
- a tiny bit of leftover chicken
- about a 1/4 avocado
- optional hot sauce
I had some leftover rice and black beans in a glass leftover container and I just slid it into the oven to warm it through.. Once it comes out of the oven, drizzle on the vinegar, mix it in, and let it cool. That should give it a little stickiness..
On the nori sheet, spread out the rice. I use a spoon to spread it across the sheet and make it stick. Leave a little nori free on one of the long edges. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on the rice. On one side, add a line of black beans, a bit of thinly sliced chicken, and some thinly sliced avocado. Using a sushi mat or a sheet of plastic wrap, roll up the roll and cut it into 8 pieces.
You can drizzle a bit of hot sauce on it if you want.
I mean, if you eat your burritos that way, which I do..
