Do you know what makes a can of beans taste so much better? Sauerkraut!
In this little dish, we opened up a can of chili, spooned it into two bowls, nuked it, and then added a heaping pile of sauerkraut into the middle of it. Some pepper and a fried egg- and this is the cheapest meal you can make in a snap. This one was inspired by some leftover sauerkraut in the back of a friend’s fridge. It can only be enhanced by some home-made sauerkraut.
- 1 can of chili (or beans)
- 2 BIG piles of sauerkraut
- 2 fried eggs
